Hi, I’m Ciaran O’Connell

I am renowned for helping those who play hockey change their lifestyle and reach their fitness goals.

Combining my 25+ years of hockey life, and 6+ years of personal training experience has allowed me to service the hockey community where no other personal trainer can. I get you, and I get your struggles.

Robustness

Foundations are crucial. If you have weak foundations then you will get reoccurring injuries.

Early on in our training I will build up your robustness and ability to withstand training loads.

Full body training with an emphasis on posterior chain movements will have you feeling stronger than ever.

Mindset

Half of the battle of losing weight is in the mind.

Using my lessons, you’ll begin to understand how to process setbacks, reframe them, and own them.

You’ll start to understand that it isn’t all about motivation and ‘how much you want it’

Habits

When times get tough we all fall back in to our habits.

A big part of my training is to create better, more sustainable habits that will help you towards your goal.

These habits will keep you on track during the 12 weeks, and then ultimately guide you in the future.

Tailoring

I’ll spend time creating your own bespoke programme based off of our conversation.

During this time I will send you specific material for you to delve in to before your programme is ready.

Training

Your programme will be delivered to you on my app.
