Choose from a 1-4 day training plan based on how much hockey you have in the week.

No matter how much time you have, there is a workout plan for you!

Nutrition

I’ll work out what calories and macronutrients you need to be hitting to reach your 60 day goals.

This, along with nutritional resources, will help give you clear structure in this area.

Accountability

Every day I will be making sure you’re sticking to your challenge.

Every 10 days we will do a deep dive in to how you are and the obstacles that need to be overcome.

When the next intake of ‘The Hockey Player Programme' begins, you’ll have first access (and a discounted rate) to join.
